Bains at Kmart Giveaway - Full Terms & Conditions

Promoter
The promoter is Bains Wholefoods, part of K&S Foods Australia, ABN: 19612619440, Unit 2/14 Bent Street, St. Marys, NSW, 2760.

Promotion Period
The promotion opens on Sunday, 5 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday, 19 July 2026.

Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees, immediate family members of employees, and associated agencies or partners of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

​

How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

1. Purchase any Bains Wholefoods product from Kmart during the Promotion Period.

2. Take a photo, video, Reel or Story showing their Bains Wholefoods snack moment.

3. Post the content to Instagram or Facebook during the Promotion Period.

4. Tag and follow @bains_wholefoods.

 

If an entrant’s Instagram or Facebook account is private, they must send a screenshot of their post or story to @bains_wholefoods via direct message during the Promotion Period so the entry can be verified.

Only entries that meet the entry requirements will be included in the draw.

​

Prize
There are two prizes available.

Each winner will receive 1 x $200 Kmart Gift Card.

Total prize pool value: AUD $400.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Gift cards are subject to Kmart's own Gift Card terms and conditions.

Winner Selection
Two winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries on Monday, 20 July 2026. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter.

Each winner will receive 1 x $200 Kmart Gift Card. Total prize pool: AUD $400. 

 

Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted by direct message from the official Bains Wholefoods account, @bains_wholefoods, within 2 business days of the draw.

The Promoter will never ask entrants to click suspicious links, provide banking details or pay a fee to claim a prize.

Redraw
If a winner does not respond within 3 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize from the remaining valid entries.

 

Use of Entries
By entering, participants agree that their submitted content may be shared by Bains Wholefoods on its social media channels, website, email marketing or promotional materials, with credit where possible.

Privacy
Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting the winners. Personal information will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Kmart. Entrants release Instagram, Facebook and Kmart from any responsibility in relation to this promotion.

General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries, disqualify invalid entries and amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
